ABOUT KLIA COLLEGE

KLIA Professional and Management College (KLIA College) is a subsidiary of KLIA Premier Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Its mission is to offer industry driven academic programmes, professional development, training and research in disciplines sought after by the industries. Our programmes are designed and taught by industry practitioners and academics which blend theory and practice seamlessly. Students learning experience in our programmes are further enhanced by employing innovative teaching and student engagement approaches. These produce benefits to our students in terms of employability and they are consistently industry-ready. Diploma in Aviation Management

Programme Description

This programme will equip students with the requisite skills and knowledge for careers in the aviation industry. They will be exposed to management involving airports, airlines and cargo. The syllabus is current and reflects the modern aviation industry which is a boon to those who wish to build a career in the industry.

Programme Objectives

  • To provide technical and practical training in airport planning and management, maintenance, air traffic management, air transportation systems, aviation safety and security and other areas related to aviation.
  • To provide students the knowledge and skill needed on flight planning and management and career development through lifelong learning.

Entry Requirement

  • SPM or its equivalent with at least 3 credits in any subjects and a PASS in Bahasa Malaysia, Mathematics
    AND
  • One of the following Science subjects:
    (Biology / Physics / Chemistry / General Science / Applied Science)

This is a hands-on programme equipping students with the knowledge and skills to manage and lead in the field of occupational safety and health. Students will be taught to identify and manage potential safety hazard and leadership skills to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Programme Objectives

  • To provide knowledge and practical skills on best practices and applications related to occupational safety and health.
  • To create opportunities for career development in the field of occupational safety and health in construction-related organizations, oil and gas, manufacturing, services and hospitality industry.

Entry Requirement

    • SPM or its equivalent with a pass in Bahasa Malaysia and English; and 3 credits in the following subjects:
    • Mathematics or ONE Science subject        (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science);
      AND
    • Any TWO other subjects
